Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of performance management system in the organization, including the effectiveness of the working methods of assessment, and the assessment criteria used.
Review, analyze and develop the SOP required by the Company, whether new or a revise of existing SOP.
Assist in the development of the organizational structure, job analysis, job evaluation in the present and the future in accordance with the company's business plan.
Carry out the preparation process of organizing training, construct training plan matrix based on Training Need Analysis from the relevant department in accordance with the requirements of job competency.
Assist in preparation of Manpower Planning in accordance with the organizational structure, productivity analysis and company needs and objectives.
Requirements:
Majoring from Human Resource Management/ Psychology.
Having experience, open for fresh graduates.
Fast learner, initiatives, analytical thinking, integrity, teamwork, flexible, and good communication skill.
Knowledge and capability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
